  I would say just go by there and give it to them.  If they're not there,
maybe you can leave the invitation and just write their name on it, and a
little note like, 'hope you can make it' and sign your name.  Since you've
already emailed them, hopefully they can make the connection.  Or yeah, you
could look up some of their office hours or something like that.

Not sure if anyone has taken the lead on these.  For some we didn't need table
clothes, like black jack b/c we have the black jack table top cloth.  If we
have the money we can buy these, otherwise if it comes down to it we can just
stretch some of the banner paper over the tables.

Awesome.  We probably will start needing people a few hours before the event
starts.  so maybe they could start showing up at 3ish, maybe even earlier.
