Can we set the tables (at least) up the night before?  We did that last year
which was a big help- especially since it allowed us to change the layout
without having to move any decorations.  Otherwise we need to get the
helpers there fairly early in the morning so that we have all morning and
afternoon to rearrange and put up the decorations and such.
