[robocup-small] SSL Match Statistics

Dear SSL community,

we've promised you to publish match statistics of past RoboCups in the last
mail.

The website is ready now: https://ssl.robocup.org/match-statistics/

You will find some links to interactively have a look at certain metrics.
If you want to have a deeper look at the data, you can use the provided
database or the pre-processed protobuf files.
If you want to contribute to the Metabase statistics, let me know and I'll
create an account for you.
