To whom this may concern:

Hi, this is ZjuNlict , we just read the robocup rule 2018 thoroughly and
have one question to ask, how can you make sure that every team strictly
follow the rules of “the shot can not exceed 6.5m/s in the 3D space” which
we do think by saying this, you meant both flat shot and chip shot, and the
initial speed of the chip shot in 3D space is hard to measure by cameras!!
