[robocup-small] Radio Frequency Allocation

Hello teams!
I’ll be managing allocating radio channels for RoboCup 2015 for SSL.
When you can, please send me the following information about your
robots:

1. What radio technology do you use (i.e. Nordic, 802.15.4, Wifi, etc.)?

2. What frequency band do you use (i.e. 900 MHz, 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, etc.)?
Can you use multiple choices of band?

3. How many channels do you need at the field?

4. If any extra channels are available, how many channels would you
like for testing at the work table? There is no guarantee extra
channels will be available.

5. Do you have specific channels you prefer to use? If so, which ones?
