[robocup-small] Compatible cameras for vision software

I have a fork of ssl-vision with support for webcams via V4L2.
It's available here:
https://github.com/cktben/ssl-vision.git
I have not yet brought in recent changes for four-camera (large field)
operation, but it should work normally with two cameras.
I have only tested this with the Playstation 3 Eye, which is a cheap 60fps
USB camera. It should work on other cameras as long as they support the
right color format. The PS3 Eye has a built-in lens with two focal
lengths, and its field of view is barely enough for SSL, but it is good
enough for testing. The field must be well lit so you can keep the
exposure time small to reduce motion blur.
