[robocup-small] Rules clarification: Goalie contact

Hi Chris,

I have a followup question to this. Does *any* contact with the goalie in
the defense area result in a free kick for the goalie's team? In
particular, consider these situations:
- The ball is in yellow's defense area. A blue robot and the yellow goalie
are in it too. Yellow goalie then drives quickly into the ball (blue robot
may be stopped), and in the process makes substantial contact with the blue
robot.
- The ball is in yellow's defense area. A blue robot and the yellow goalie
are in it too. Yellow goalie then intentionally drives into the blue robot,
not minding the location of the ball.
- The ball is NOT in yellow's defense area. A blue robot and the yellow
goalie are in yellow's defense area. Yellow goalie then intentionally (or
unintentionally) drives into the blue robot.

Would all of these result in an indirect free kick for yellow?

Thank you,
JP
