[robocup-small] Registration Code (Please send in Financial Confirmation!)

Hello All!

Just a reminder to send in your *Financial Confirmation* and that
registration is open!

If your team is listed as *qualified* and if you have sent in your
financial confirmation, you can now register with early registration at
www.robocup2012.org.  Your registration code will be: 2012sslRCMx.

If your team is conditionally qualified or of other status, you will not be
able to register until you submit your conditional qualification material.

Also a reminder to the 7 or so teams who did not submit proper TDP formats
to please send those in!
