[robocup-small] Please Respond - RoboCup SSL Social

Hello All,

In past years, there has been interest in an outlet for teams to better
network, share ideas and get to know each other in a relaxed setting.  This
year, the OC is looking into organizing a designated SSL social for teams to
meet and to see the beautiful city of Istanbul.

The idea is either to have an all inclusive boat ride or a large group
dinner on the Saturday night before finals, but other ideas area also
welcome.

In order to have such an event be successful, we would need more than a few
teams interested.  This would allow for us to negotiate better rates and for
the event to be the most effective.

The finalized scheduling, seeding and technical challenges will be coming
