[robocup-nao] RoboEireann announces its code usage for RoboCup 2019

Dear RoboCup SPL Teams,


RoboEireann wish to announce the current use of components from open source code shared by other SPL teams.

In general, RoboEireann implements their own software architecture and all components other than those noted below are authored by RoboEireann.

We wish to announce the following code usage from B-Human.

  *   The 2010 walk engine
  *   get up poses (but not the get motion engine)
  *   A modified version of the libbhuman wrapper around Naoqi (and related NaoCamera and NaoBody classes)
  *   an Unscented Kalman Filter implementation and a subset of the self-locator module
  *   utility classes related to ringbuffers, math, poses, and inverse kinematics
  *   A version of the b-script behaviour engine whose development started in Ireland

We announce the integration of the following components from rUNSWift:

  *    The Walk2014Generator from their 2016 code release

We announce the integration of the following components from Nao Team HTWK:

  *   The RegionScanner and some parts of gradient line scanning from the HTWKVision 2016 release
  *   The IntegralImage, and HypothesisGeneratorScanlines from the HTWKVision 2018 release
  *   The 2018 WhistleDetection code release


Finally we announce the integration of the following component from Nao Devils:

  *   The FieldColorProvider module from their 2018 code release

RoboEireann wish to thank B-Human, rUNSWift, Nao Team HTWK, and Nao Devils
for their code releases and ongoing contribution to the standard platform league.
