[robocup-nao] Updated soccer rules for RoboCup 2011 SPL

Hi everyone,

Following discussions after the local Opens, the soccer rules for the SPL
have been updated on the SPL website, and can be downloaded at:
https://www.tzi.de/spl/pub/Website/Downloads/Rules2011.pdf

The major change is the removal of the teammate pushing rule - there is no
longer a distinction between pushing teammates and pushing opposing robots.
