[robocup-msrs] Tilt and Pan in Robudog 2

I already tried many e-mails at Robusoft, but no reply until now.

The old movements files will not work anymore.
Now the front legs (arms) of the Robudogs have 4 joints and not 3 (as the real
one).
So in the Dogmov file the 2 first legmov must be arm positions and in the
legmov file the arm positions must have 4 joint positions.
You just need to add a joint position of 0 in all front legmovs and you will
have the old dog movments working... but the "effect" of the movements are not
the same, I guess that something in the body of the RobuDOGS was changed too.

So if you old movements not work, just add a new joint position of 0 to the
movements of the 2 front legs.
