Hi,
   Just two small changes:
     i) When you manually unpenalise the robots, they send a message  
to the game controller and it unpenalises as well.
     ii) If you manually penalise a robot, and then re-penalise it on  
the game controller, the time doesn't reset for the second penalty  
(normally it would).  The end result if that if a manual penalty and  
a GameController penalty happen at similar times, the clock is  
started by the first of them, and the penalty sent to the robot is  
the one set in the GameController.
