[robocup-legged] Dutch Open 2006 Results Correction & Explanation

Hi,

maybe we should change the rule for the number of overall points from "24"
to "number of teams participating" in the overall challenge, so that would
be 7 for the Dutch Open and 24 (or 30?) for the RoboCup in Bremen.
