[robocup-humanoid] V-HSC League Discussion

Dear Humanoid Teams,

As we are progressing toward the release of the second draft of the 
rulebook (planned for March 12th), we would like to make sure that 
everything starts to take form for teams and we arrive as soon as a 
possible to a state where only minor changes are requested.

In order to have more dynamic discussions than with the forum, we 
propose to open one or two synchronous sessions (depending on the 
availability of people interested).

Those sessions will be used to progress on the following topics:

- Rulebook and remaining issues (e.g. Forceful contact detection)

They will be organized as follows:

- 30 Minutes will be used to introduce the 4 topics
- 1 Hour will be dedicated to discussions in smaller groups to work on 
one of the topics mentioned
- In the end, 30 Minutes will be dedicated to concluding what were the 
opinions brought by the league
