Hello,

Thanks for the hard work every year on the rules, its good to finally see
the new rules of technical challenge.

For the Push Recovery part, there seems to be an issue:

   From my point of view, the weight of the robots has to be formulated to
give points in a trial.
*  A bottle of 2 kilograms won't make much trouble on a 30 kilogram robot! *
  Need to mention that it is not a continuous push, its a HIT from a
bottle.
  Just the distance of the pendulum toward robot is not enough. somehow the
weight of the robot should be taken into account.
  When a robot is heavy obviously it's actuators are stronger and also
heavier, *so can't be said *that recovery from a push on a heavy robot is
more difficult.

So, will the rules be changed to satisfy the mention issue above? or at
least be discussed before technical challenge competitions?
