[robocup-humanoid] Final Rules for 2015

Dear teams,

the final 2015 rule book for the Humanoid League is now available at
https://www.robocuphumanoid.org/materials/rules and includes the
description of the Technical Challenges.

Please be reminded that your team has to provide a referee / assistant
referees with knowledge of these rules for the competition games in
Hefei.
