[robocup-humanoid] RoboCup 2012: Team-leader meeting schedule and general recommendations

Dear Humanoid League teams,

It's less than two weeks before the opening day for *RoboCup 2012* in *Mexico
City*.

We will hold several meetings with team leaders during the event according
to this schedule:

*Day 1:* Mon June 18, *6:00pm-8:00pm*
1) Welcome
2) General information
 3) Nominations for TC and OC for 2013
4) Drawing of teams
5) Clarification of rules
*Day 2:* Tue June 19, *5:00pm-6:00pm*
1) Election for TC/OC members for 2013
*Day 3:* Wed June 20, *7:00pm-8:00pm*
 1) Drawing for technical challenge
*Day 5:* Fri June 22, *6:30pm-9:00pm*
1) Rule discussion for 2013
 2) Plagiarism policy, no-shows, qualification criteria.
*Day 6:* Sat June 23, *2:30pm-4:00pm*
1) Voting for best humanoid

All meetings will take place at the "Tajin" room. Directions will be given
to you at the venue.

Please make sure that at least one person from your team (preferably the
team leader) attends each of these meetings.

In addition to these meetings we will also have training sessions for
referees on Monday 18 and Tuesday 19. These sessions must be attended by at
least your designated referee. The precise time for these training sessions
will be announced shortly. Although the local organizing committee will
have whistles available for referees it is highly recommended that each
referee brings his/her own whistle.

Also, please bear in mind that all referees and robot handlers MUST wear
either black or dark grey from the waist down including socks.
