[robocup-humanoid] Rule book 2012

Dear Humanoid League Teams,

the final rules for 2012 for the Humanoid League are now ready for
download at http://tzi.de/humanoid

Changes (aside typos and inconsistencies) since the draft from 2/21/2012:
1) time increased for Dribble and Kick Competition (AdultSize)
2) intermediate scoring for obstacle avoidance and dribbling challenge adjusted
3) end of trial defined for high-kick challenge, also height increase
changed to 1cm and explicitely mentioned that the kicks must be from
the ground (i.e. no lifting the ball with hands or feet before the
kick, or moving it up the obstacle)

Please be reminded that each team will have to provide referee /
assistant referees for the matches with knowledge of these rules.
