- the first paragraph states that after 5 penalty kicks the winner is determined by flipping a coin
- the following paragraphs are about knock-out games and state that a second round of penalty kick occurr  if a tie  and then another round without goalies and then if there is still a tie a coin must be flipped.

It seems that the first paragraph deals with a regular games, but does not say so, strange since in chapter 7 Duration of the game, a regular game is defined only by two playing periods and one half time. I thought that penalty kick only happen in kick-out games.
