[robocup-humanoid] Please more explain about Teen size

Persian Gulf teen size team is worry about the last reply by "Prof. Dr. Sven
Behnke" about participated teams (2 teams).... did you count our team or
not?! is there any problem to continue this league?! I think it is better to
let teams to show their ability, if they are worthy, advocation them... we
are working hard our robot and be sure that it will be so better than now,
with the most stability.
