I remember a proposal for maximum weight for the TeenSize-Robots when 
they are supposed to play games.
This would be necessary to limit damage when one robots falls onto 
another robot.
I think for robots <120cm, the maximum weight should be 20kg.
This is about the weight of a human of 120cm height.
