[robocup-humanoid] rules for 2009?

Dear TCs,

Thank you for your quick replies.
Even though there are possibilities that some markers will be removed,
I see the outlines of the new rule and can grasp what materials should be renewed.
Thank you again for your efforts to construct rules.
