Dear Chen Xin Ming,

I think there was an email from the organizers in one of the various
mailing lists which stated that for every team you need to pay team registration.
If you have on KidSize and one TeenSize team you have to
pay for each team the team registration fee.

For team members I think they wrote that they want to have
each member in each team registered but plan to reimburse
any multiple registration fees for personal team members.

For humanoid league I suggest that you simply register some of your team 
members for the KidSize and some for your TeenSize team.
