[robocup-humanoid] About the Registration Fees

Hi,

I'm not sure about the humanoid league but we had a similar situation in 
Standard Platform League in which this year there will be competitions 
in two subleagues (Aibo and Nao). We have teams in both so we had to 
register two teams separately and paid 100000JPY registration fee.
