[robocup-humanoid] Humanoid league 2008 rules draft.

Hi,

what i had in mind,

1.) Goalkeeper starts in walking posture in the middle of the goal
2.) Goal keeper is allowed to move freely inside of the goal area
3.) Goal keeper must remain in walking posture until ball has been kicked at
goal from within the yellow half,
