[robocup-humanoid] Proposal for Humanoid League goals and posts for 2008

Hi,

B-Human likes the new field layout, but would prefer to make the backwall of
the goal a little lower. We think 40 cm (or even 30 cm?) should still be
safe for the robots, and it's better for the audience, because they can
actually see the goalkeeper from behind.
