What is the IK?
The Interdisciplinary College (IK) is a one-week
spring school on all brain & intelligence related
sciences. It offers a dense, state-of-the-art course
program in Neurobiology, Neuroinformatics, Cognitive
Science/Psychology, and Artificial Intelligence/
Robotics. The IK is aimed at students, postgraduates
and researchers from academia and industry. By combining
humanities, science and technology, it endeavours to
intensify dialogue and connectedness across the various
disciplines. Moreover, the IK is a unique social event
with a very special atmosphere: minds meet, music is
played, and friends are made in long evening and night
sessions in the welcoming conference site at Lake Moehne.
