[mlpack-git] [mlpack] segmentation fault with LogisticRegression API (#428)

The warning I'm referring to wouldn't be triggered by CMake or by building mlpack, but instead it occurs when you compile a program which `#include`s mlpack but has `ARMA_64BIT_WORD` set to a different configuration than when you compiled mlpack.
