Yes, I understand. I have just recompiled the program too and saw no related warnings and the segmentation fault is also happening (I hope I did not mess up the new libraries with the old includes). Anyway, I found no files <code>src/mlpack/core/util/arma_config_check.hpp</code> in my mlpack-1.0.12 package. Is this really the newest version as stated in your website?
