Comment (by dineshj92):

I have been following the procedures given in the MLPACKOnWindows page,
but the steps are not so clear. I have installed all the dependencies such
as CMake,Boost,LibXml,Zlib except Armadillo & Libiconv. For Armadillo and
Iconv packages, there are no libraries(armadillo.lib and libiconv.lib) are
not available. As I am a newbie to CMkae, I could not comply with the
procedures in CMake to build armadillo. The procedure for building
Armadillo on windows is not clearly given in MLPACKOnWindows page. When I
tried to build MLPACK using CMAKE, it reported me a list of errors
(attached in mlpack_error_log.txt) which could be because of missing
Armadillo.lib file. Even compiling amradillo using cmake (linking against
LAPACK & BLAS lib files in example folder), I am not able to get
 armadillo.lib file.

Are MLPACK pre-built binaries available for win32/64 platforms? And also,
why won't you provide MLAPCK source in some other languages (C#,JAVA)
 which are compatible with Windows?

 Thanks,

 Dinesh
