Hello ladies!!

I want to post this to the swiki, but in the mean time I’ll send it out to everyone to give you all time to think about some of the stuff I’ve come up with.

CENTERPIECES
Attached are crude drawings of some of the ideas I liked; the first one is actually based off of the centerpieces we use at Alpha Xi! My vote (personally) goes to the third option (which was rejected at Alpha Xi because of the open flame) which should be completely safe if we have big enough tables to keep people away from the candle; if not, we can always replace it with a flower or a floating candle within a vase.

ATTIRE
Unfortunately, all black dresses (worth wearing… there are some weird designer ones available if you’re daring) on Rent The Runway are BOOKED on weekends from now until mid-April, so don’t count on that website to hook you up for fashion :/
I also think it would look good on our part if we all had similar dresses; I don’t mean everyone needs to go out and buy dresses that look alike, but I mean we could all wear short dresses, or all long, or all black with a splash of white, or we could all put a flower in our hair, all wear pearls (fake ones ftw! Forever21, Charlotte Russe, and Francesca have them), ect.
Also, if we all want to get our hair done, my aunt does updo’s and has been doing my hair for years—and she’s WAAAY better than any New York or LA stylist I’ve been to. She’s done my hair for all my high school dances and all my family’s weddings. If everyone is interested, I could ask her if she could come down on that Tuesday and do our hair for a lower price (I usually pay her about $40 for an updo, but since she’s doing a big group of us it might be less, especially if I help her out). 

FOOD
After we decide on the food, we need to schedule our a baking regiment so we can have all our food ready on time. I get out of class on Mondays at 3 and Tuesdays at 4:30, so I can pretty much go crazy on those two days beforehand to crank out all the baked goods. When is everybody else available?
As far as mocktails go, I can whip up some testers a bring them to a meeting one time and we can pick out the ones we like best; would you all rather have frozen drinks, on the rocks drinks, or a mix of both? I think 3 different types is all we should do, because buying all different kinds of fruit juice can get expensive.

That’s about it, sorry for the huuuuuge block of text and the really poopy drawings, my tablet skills are VERY dated, haha!
