[UWAB] CoCeasar's Set-Up Wednesday Night

We are meeting Wednesday at 8:00 in the commons to start decorating for
CoCeasar's.  We have streamers, balloons, games to pull down, etc.  So please
try to be there.  Also, we will start setting tables up Thursday morning and we
will put the games out that afternoon before the event.
