[UWAB] UWAB Meeting Tomorrow

I'm off to San Francisco for the week and am sorry to miss the meeting.  Next time I'll bring dessert!  Please be sure to let Jennifer know if you are planning to attend the baby shower for Michelle and baby Lily next Tuesday at 11 AM.  :-)
 
I would love to have women at cc sponsor an open house for freshmen women all across the GT campus - to show off the new face of computing and to see if we can 1) educate them about what CS is 2) show off our wonderful community of women (that's YOU) and 3) maybe if they see all the possibilities of how computing is used to heal the world they might be interested in joining us!!!  Maybe 1st week of Oct in the new building????  There are LOTS undecided majors and others not sure if they chose the right one so this is a good time.  We can get the grad women to help with demos of their great research too.
 
Does this sound like something you are willing to work on???  Giselle and I will help.

Hey girls!

Just a reminder that we will be meeting Monday at 7 in CoC 101.  I'm
bringing brownies because I realized I didn't have a beater to make
banana pudding.  I hope that everyone will be able to make it.  We are
going to start talking about Fall Festival and other events we would
like to host this semester.
