Ok, so to recap what I have people down for after today's meeting:

stamp (special delivery?? hehe) - Maureen
100 Bagel Dogs - Kathy ordering them, Laura picking them up and the free bagels
20 bags of ice - Sabina
100 pizzas - Chelsea's ordering these
t-shirts - Maureen's picking them up today
Making sign to hang in the CoC - Jennifer W.

**If anybody has an extra cooler at home...bring it, we're going to need it.**

Set-up - WEDNESDAY NIGHT 8 o'clock!!!  BE THERE!!!
After Set-up: making signs for the event to hang up in the tent
need signs for:
Black Jack
Roulette
Craps
Texas Hold'em

Depending on how much gets done Wed. night, we'll figure out what time we need
to reconvene on Thursday to finish it all up.

We're almost done guys!! I know it's going to pay-off.  You guys have worked so
hard!  Thanks for everything and just keep it up for a few more days!!
