[UWAB] Fundraising Update

Juan and I spent an hour and a half this afternoon placing calls and 
exploring options for support.  Many people were out, so we left 
messages and both of us feel good about getting raffle stuff to add 
to the pot!

Vanessa's request from Marriott worked.  I just received a call from 
Darcy saying that she is donating lunch for 2 at Ferst Place and the 
tickets are in the campus mail as of this afternoon.  Thanks Vanessa!

Jennifer - someome forwarded your email requesting $$$ from Federated 
Department Stores to James and he will be getting in touch with you 
to ask you what is needed.  Juan and I have discussed this and we 
suggest you not be shy with the "ask".  Take a look at the budget and 
see if he would fund the food or tent, for example, and then maybe 
some gift certificates for the store(s).  Please let me know if you 
have any questions after he gets in touch with you.  And 
congratulations!!!
