[robocup-worldwide] [WoF submission] Clarification for submission of pictures and videos for RoboCup Walk of Fame

Dear RoboCuppers,

my previous message with the call for contributions to the Walk of Fame
was a bit unspecific about how to submit. Therefore, I would like to
clarify:


Anything you can pack into a tgz or rar file sized less than 10 MB,
please attach to an email with
SUBJECT: [WoF submission]
and send directly to
gerhard.kraetzschmar at h-brs.de
Please use a decent signature file which lets us know your full name and
affiliation.

Anything larger than 10 MB might get stuck in mailers. Therefore, there are
two options:
- You provide it in a publicly accessible location, e.g. a dropbox folder
  that you share with the email address
gerhard.kraetzschmar at h-brs.de
- You want to upload instead. In this case, please send me an email with
  the email address that I need to share a dropbox folder with.
  I will reply to you when you have been granted access.

In any case: If you send me email concerning submissions,
please use the term
[WoF submission]
in teh subject line.
