[robocup-small] Groups for Round Robin

Hello Small Size League!


As stated in the previous email, we did the division of the teams for the Round Robin part of the virtual competition. We used the seeds 75 and 23 (see this link<https://www.random.org/integers/?num=2&min=1&max=100&col=5&base=10&format=plain&rnd=date.2021-05-05>). Below are the results:
