[robocup-small] Operating the refbox computer

Dear teams,

regarding the operation of the refbox computers:

I have installed a script that starts everything you need for a match.
Before you start a match, you should close all windows and then run the
shortcut on the desktop. It should open several windows:
 * ssl-refbox
 * autoRefs (both in passive mode by default)
 * ssl-recorder (save game logs)
 * ssl-status-board-server (for updating the status board)

You have to switch the desired autoRef to active mode afterwards.
You should also close everything after each match, especially the recorder.
