[robocup-small] about the streaming

>From a spectator point of view it would help a lot if some kind of paper
sign could be placed in the fields to identify which field is the stream
focused on.

Maybe letters A B C and D printed in paper hanging from the metal
structures would do.

If someone could take care of it people not in japan right now would
appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.

Hi all,

This year we are going to have again an Open Source Trophy which will be
awarded
to the team or group of developers who provide the best Open Source or Open
Hardware contribution to the SSL community. Apologies for the late
announcement.

Submission procedure:
* Everything needs to be online by the end of the group phase at RoboCup
2017
   competitions.
* The choice of hosting is up to the submitter (e.g. team's website or open
   source platform).
* Submit an announcement of intent by e-mail to the RoboCup SSL Technical
Committee (rc-ssl-tc at lists.robocup.org) and the Small Size mailing
list
(robocup-small at cc.gatech.edu) by Thursday, July 27 (today!) at
19:00 Japan
local time. The e-mail subject should be "2017 Open Source Trophy
<Your Team
Name(s)>". Preferably submit a single URL of your contribution, if it is
   available online already.
* We are going to have short demos/presentations after the ETDP
presentations
   today, which start at 19:30.

Submission requirements:
* Full CAD files, schematics, and/or source code to reproduce the
results
* Enough documentation to make use of it (e.g. build instructions
and basic user manual)
* Interesting for other teams or the league in general
* License that permits at least unrestricted use for education,
research, and in the RoboCup domain
* Work that has already been published is only eligible to win
the trophy if it has been released at or after RoboCup 2016
* Re-submission of a project that has already been submitted to last
year's Open Source Trophy is only eligible if there have been
significant changes/additions. Please explain this in your
submission e-mail.
