[robocup-small] Registration & game log question

Important dates can be found on the SSL wiki[1].
Registration dates are not decided yet, but probably won't differ a lot 
from those of previous years.

2013 and 2016 were the only years so far, when ER-Force recorded vision 
data. Maybe other teams can provide
this data, but I don't know of any other published recordings. For the 
next year, the TC will take care of that task.
