[robocup-small] Vision Problem

Thank you Joydeep.

I verified the diff of two version,
I found that DC1394->Capture Settings->capture format is set 'auto' in
Camera0 at the new version we used.
I changed this parameter from 'auto' to 'format7_7' in camera0, and then
start camera1, it began working.

Now we can use 4 cameras, thank you so much.

(For your reference. When I pushed start with 'auto', I got bellow
message.
libdc1394 error: juju: Failed to allocate iso resources
CaptureDC1394v2 Error: unable to setup capture. Maybe selected
combination of Format/Resolution is not supported?)

We have no problem for using ssl-vision now, but we get the error
message repeatedly.

libdc1394 error: Invalid feature: in dc1394_feature_get_value (control.c,
 line 1230): You should use the specific functions to read from multiple
-value features

I am worry at what the error means, but our vision system seems working
well.

ps.
I found a tiny problem on Ball Height,
Global->Ball Detection->Ball Properties->Ball Z-Height is 30.0 mm.
>From the golf ball regulation bellow, the balls might be made near 42.67
mm.
