[robocup-small] Vision Problem

Hi Yusuke,

The version of SSL-Vision used at RoboCup should have been the main branch
on GitHub.

To help identify the source of the problem, could you please do the
following:
1. Share the stdout & stderr output from ssl-vision when you try to run
your four cameras.
2. Share a diff of the file robocup-ssl.xml from your working version of
ssl-vision, and the non-working version.
3. Are you sure your OHCI controllers are dual-bus? If not, it makes sense
why you're only able to read from three cameras, for three single-OHCI
controllers. Did you have any custom settings (frame rate, resolution,
etc.) in your previous ssl-vision setup to reduce the bandwidth usage of
the cameras with the shared controller?
