A note on the laptop guys... I tried to get an interview with one of the
teams on their desk but could not acess (this year we dont have teams from
spain in ssl) so I was not allowed to enter the pits on my own... so far so
good, a rule is a rule, this was around saturday 11:00 am.
Around 16:00 saturday the volunter who was in on of the two entrances
closer to the big size (the technical challenge) was no more there, and I
and any other could aproach behind the field to hear the argumentation
between the two iran teams abou their match... there was nothing from
stoping me or anyone else from going around collecting laptops, batteries,
whatever...
I recommend going with mobile lockers, fair lockers (small rooms 1mx2m in
size with key) or profesional security in following years, if more care is
placed in promotion I thing you could be filling up to 2000 chairs and
voluntering could be left behind for security purposes.
Any team could steal, security should be per team-base, not for the whole
area.
Best regards.

Dear RoboCup 2016 Participants,

kindly ask you to observe the following instructions:

2) Always wear your badge and show it when entering or leaving team areas.
The volunteers are instructed to stop you and not let in or out of you do
not wear a badge.
3) Only major participants, volunteers and officials are allowed in team
areas. Exceptions can be made ONLY by members of the core LOC, in
particular Silvana K?rschner, Hanna Krajczy, Thomas Schmidt, Nora Furchner,
Vivian Degen, Oskar von Stryk, Ansgar Bredenfeld, and Gerhard Kraetzschmar,
NOT by anyone else. OCs and TCs are NOT allowed to take in anyone not
