[robocup-small] over robot's speed in stop game by AutoRef

Hi Yusuke,

Thanks for the logs, they were very helpful.

In one log, a robot is driving at 1.55 m/s. A yellow card
is not an adequate reaction, of course. As Adrian said, the
Autoref will not issue cards at Robocup, only inform the
human ref about the event.

In the second log, the high speed is a result of the robot
becoming invisible and visible again shortly after, which is
interpreted as fast movement. This may be caused by bad
camera calibration, but I reckon the transition of cameras
is not configured well, as it appears at a quarter height
of the field.
We will try to calibrate the vision system well on the
competition, this should prevent such results
The same problem appears in the third log.

You can reconstruct these observations from the log
data by using the logplayer, which is part of our
framework (which is part of the autoref).
The Plotter is important for this task, you can
reach it via the Play -> Open Plotter menu.

Best,
Alex
