[robocup-small] Invitation European Open, Eindhoven 2016

[Robocup Saxion]

Hi Nicolai,

Of course I don't know who will be there yet, but the teams who showed
interest were ER-Force, IIT Kharagpur, Mannheim TIGERS, SSH and in China
NEUIslanders told they were also interested in a tournament in Europe.
