[robocup-small] Upcoming Deadlines: Financial Support, New Team Fee Waiver Request, and Final TDP

Hello teams,
Please remember that there are three deadlines coming up on April 30:
* Financial Support: You must confirm that your team will be
  financially able to attend RoboCup 2015 by April 30.
* New Team Fee Waiver Request: If no member of your team has
  participated in an annual RoboCup competition before, you can apply
  to not pay the team registration fee. If you are going to apply, you
  must do so by April 30.
* Final TDP Submission: You must submit your final, edited TDP by April
  30. If you were unconditionally qualified, you do not strictly have
  to submit a final TDP, but we strongly recommend that you edit your
  TDP based on your reviews. If you were conditionally qualified, you
  must edit your TDP based on your reviews and submit a final version
  by April 30.
