[robocup-small] Question about Qualification results

[Omid Robotics]

Dear members of the SSL community

The committee announce the results of the 2015 qualification but they
didn't say anything about conditionally qualified!
We did not receive reviewers recommendations.

what do we have to do?
Does our TDP have problem?
