[robocup-small] SSL Radio Link Specifications Survey

Dear teams,

If your team is qualified or even conditionally qualified for RoboCup 
2013, please fill out the following survey:

This will help to determine if there is any interference between the 
radio modules used by SSL teams.

In order to avoid interference with other leagues that use WLAN devices 
(SPL, MSL, Humanoid) please select your channels preferably outside the 
frequency range of 802.11b WLAN channels 1 - 11 (2.400 - 2.474 GHz).
