[robocup-small] SSL Specifications Survey (Space, Frequency, Social)

Hello All,

If your team is qualified or even conditionally qualified, please fill out
the following survey (*one per team*) that goes over the following:

   - Number of Members coming
      - This helps us determine how many tables to give you.  Please do not
      exaggerate as space is limited.
   - SSL Social #2!
      - The planning for this is still in progress, but we hope to have an
      event that was as good as last year's and get everybody mingling again!
       Getting approximate numbers always helps though so we
      can appropriate quotes.
   - Frequency Information
      - To help determine if there is interference.

Also, please remember to sign up for Technical Challenges ASAP!  It is a
great way to do some R&D on your own robots.
